Content Requirements
All content partners submit for publication must:
- Provide travelers with relevant, accurate and consistent listing information.
- Disclose significant known disruptions or challenges for travelers, and promptly update content when material features, conditions, or amenities change. For example, partners should notify travelers in a listing description if a property may require a 4WD vehicle to access it or if there are any temporary defects, such as ongoing construction or maintenance.
- Relate to the advertised unit only and not use the property description to describe additional units or copy information from another listing.
- Only offer promotions, discounts, or tax and fee information by loading them in the appropriate structured fields in Partner Central, Vrbo Dashboard or the relevant connectivity software. See the Host Fees & Taxes Transparency Policy for more details on how to load fees and taxes.
- Comply with our photo guidelines and video guidelines, and for Vrbo, our listing guidelines. These are available on our Vrbo Help Center or Partner Central dashboard (as applicable).
Note that for Vrbo partners, if there is a conflict between content provided under Vrbo House Rules and any applicable rental agreement, the Vrbo House Rules will prevail.
