We believe that Travel is a Force for Good. Discriminatory behavior goes against our beliefs and the foundations of our marketplace.   

This policy outlines what behaviors we do and do not allow on our platform, which both travelers and partners must follow. 

We do not tolerate using any protected characteristic, including but not limited to, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or accessibility needs as a basis to: 

• Prevent or limit others from enjoying the same services on our platform as everyone else, or offer them a sub-standard service. 
• Intimidate others through verbal abuse, hostility, or threats, or otherwise mistreat them.  
• Convey exclusion, whether by explicit or veiled statements.

We allow partners to set reasonable property rules or limitations that are transparent and applicable to all guests.  

We also understand that disagreement may sometimes arise. We allow general and reasonable disagreements, provided they’re not related to a protected characteristic, such as another person’s race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or accessibility needs.  

Finally, we understand that certain jurisdictions may require hosts to make distinctions based on individual identities, such as national origin, marital status, or sexual orientation, that would otherwise violate this policy. In these cases, we do not require our partners to violate local laws or accept guests that would result in legal liability.

If we are made aware of a possible violation of this policy, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination.
