Whether it’s about staying safe, complying with laws, or simply being respectful, certain activities and behaviors are prohibited on our platform.  We expect guests and partners to adhere to these standards. If we are made aware of a guest or partner violating this policy, we will investigate and take appropriate action

Activities and behavior that we prohibit include:  

• Unreasonable conduct that risks physical harm to people or damage to property.  
• Tampering with safety equipment at the property or other unsafe behavior that could result in serious harm.  
• Unreasonable conduct that risks financial harm to people or our platform. 
• The use, possession, manufacture, or cultivation of illegal or restricted drugs or substances. However, in places where the possession and personal use of cannabis by adults is legal, and where it’s not in violation of a host’s house rules, this is not prohibited.  
• Commercial pornography or sexual exploitation of any kind.  
• Offering, soliciting, or engaging in commercial sex work.  
• Human trafficking.  
• Using, selling, or distributing fireworks in places where this is illegal.  
• Conducting criminal activity in or related to the property or using any of our platforms to commit a crime such as fraud or theft.  
• Placing offensive content or inappropriate materials inside, on the exterior of, or in the grounds of a property. 
• Any conduct that results in the harassment of others.  
• Any other illegal activity. 

The conduct listed above is prohibited even if partners and guests consent to the activity. 

Partners may offer properties with mature-themed décor or objects, provided these are clearly disclosed in the property description and appropriate age settings are applied where relevant. 

If we are made aware of a possible violation of this policy, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination. We may also take other actions, as required by law.
